Manitowoc has introduced customers to its new office in São Paulo, Brazil. The new location brings together the region’s Manitowoc, Grove and National Crane sales teams, as well as Crane Care teams, into one centralized place, enabling quicker response times for customers. On May 8, the company hosted an open house event for customers and dealers to meet the Manitowoc team, tour the Spare Parts warehouse and Training Center, and learn more about the latest crane offerings.
“Our new office enables us to further The Manitowoc Way in Latin America by being closer to our customers and bringing together our teams to increase velocity and innovation,” said Cristian Galaz, VP of South America Region at Manitowoc Cranes. “The relocation grants us better access to highways and airports in the region, enabling us to respond to customer needs quicker."
